Recent calls are not shown

Hi I have my Mi4 since yesterday. I realized that the list of "recent calls" is always empty even though I did some calls and received calls with my new phone. Is this a MIUI v5 problem or did I do something wrong?

My Version 4.6.20
Android Version 4.4.2

When I click on system updates it tells me that everything is up to date.

First of all get rid of that old version.
Just install our multi from Updater (if you have it) or from mi recovery as update.zip.

I am a newbie what do you mean with "install our multi from Updater" and where should I find the mi recovery?
Isn't 4.6.20 the latest version? Why does my xiaomi then say I'm up to date?

The version's format is year.month.day, ie. your version is from the twentieth June.
You can manually download the newest version from the download section. In Updater than choose your downloaded file and that's all. Do a backup first and do not worry, update is usually very fast and without complications.

Sorry! I forgot to tell you that I am using the MIUI in German. Could it be that for the German version this is the latest version?

I updated now to MIUI KXDCNBF24.0 problem still exists

I found the solution. I was in Guest mode unfortunately. Now everything is fine again
