Hello, if you check on gsmarena it says that mi note 3 can record in 120fps at 720p,but how? I only get 30fps every time, you can record slow motion yes, but its also encoded in 30fps? Is it possible to record at 60/120fps?

That 720p@120fps exactly refers to the slow motion. It's indeed captured in 120fps, then slowed down 4 times to normalize it to 30fps. That's how it gets that slow motion.

Neither MIUI Camera nor *no-support-for-this-app-on-this-forum* allows 60fps recording, as does Open Camera. However, the latter can record 1080p@120fps (no proper 60fps, though, seems due to lack of driver for that frame rate), both in normal and slow motion mode (which you can also choose to be 2x or 4x slower).
