Today noticed that my redmi 12 is failing to connect to router's 5GHz WiFi. It was ok for more than 1 year (since i had this phone), but now it's failing if you go away from the router for more than 1 meter. At the same time, other WiFi clients of 5GHz at my home network are still getting connected as per usual (iphone, laptop, TV) with no issues. I don't even see my neighbors' 5GHz networks.
Just in case i have updated my redmi12 to the latest version by downloading full ROM.
What can be the rootcause? How do i check and resolve this problem?
2GHz connections do work fine, though
