Redmi 14 and Redmi 6 play caller announcement issue.

Hello Every One I just bought Redmi 14 and Redmi 6 Play earbuds. I also set caller announcement to Every Time from the Phone App settings but my phone Rings With with the announcement but I can't hear the announcement from my earbuds.
Do you have any idea how to fix this?
