Redmi 2 (hm2014813 2gb 16gb) No Signal After Factory Update To Miui 7

Hi all, I cant get a signal - no signal or emergency calls only (which doesnt work)

DEVICE:
REDMI 2 HM2014813 (under battery)
Model Number HM 2LTE -CMCC (or HM 2LTE-CU for 811 flash) 2GB Ram 16GB internal Qualcomm MSM8916
bought through China now using in Czech Republic

ISSUES
1. IMEI was lost
-> Try to upload QCN file -> DO NOT WORK (qcn file doesnt fit, i tried so many files)


-> Xposed Framework -> IMEI changer -> repaired -> IMEI OK

2. No service / signal / emergency calls
-> Flash tons of ROMs (4.4,5.1) and MIUIs (6,7,8) via TWRP (mainly) or MIFlash, GLOBAL and CHINA versions
(HM2014813 and wt86047 also) -> DESNT WORK

-> FLasing copied NON-HLOS from CHINA to GLOBAL via this tutorial
-> DESNT WORK


-> Flashing NON-HLOS alone -> DESNT WORK

-> Wipe to Factory, Wipe All, Flash all method -> DOESNT WORK
