Redmi 2 Lte 2014813

Hello,

I have a Redmi 2 LTE (2014813) and it won't start up. Only Mi logo in a loop. Recovery does not start, but i can get the device into fastboot mode. I tried to flash a (Chinese stable) rom for this device with MiFlash, but i get an error "missmatch and device error".

Can anyone help me out please?

Is it possible to flash this device or is it a Chinese version?
PC does not recognize the phone, but i can fix that with the right drivers i think.

Anyone familiar with this problem and has a solution?

When it runs, can i use the phone in the Netherlands? Only for China right?

The original miui-rom has no weekly updates.
Later you can flash a custom-rom.

For Android 5.1 you need for example TWRP 3.0.2.0
(Miui_86047_TWRP_3.0.2.0_signed.zip).
You can install this signed.zip by miui updater-app (three points right up).

Check the large of memory
- 1/8 GB (TD)
- 2/16 GB (TD Pro)

After that you can flash the Custom-Rom with TWRP.

(Pro / Prime --> 2/16GB)

over a year now, can I just hit "upgrade" and select this stable zip?

Yes, you can.
First, make a TWRP-Backup.
With TWRP-RECOVERY wipe Cache / wipe Dalvik.
After this, select.zip and flash the ROM.

Hello, cannot install TWRP from MIUI.EU (TWRP_HM2014813) in fastboot mode, device is still in bootloop. What command should I give? "Fastboot flash recovery twrp.img" seems not right. Fastboot mode is possible and stock recovery. Factory reset does not help. Do you know how to solve this?
