Redmi 3 Pro 4g Problem + Update Rom

Hello,
I have a Redmi 3 Pro and it has problem with 4g that is not working. It hase the xiaomi.eu 7.3 rom stable and i believe that by upgrading the rom to MIUI 8 it will fixed .
Si i would like to know what is firmware flash procedure of the redmi 3 pro and what rom should i download?

i'm using xiaomi.eu rom no problem with 4g (almost, because miui 8 removed prefered 4g and i have to patch it)

i fix prefered 4g menu using fix lte that must be flash using twrp

hi, where can you download fix lte patch?

last night I tried to patch 4G fix from local forum I'm in that include:
- Fix 4G LTE
- Fix Custom Theme
- Fix Calculator (xiaomi.eu rom only)
- iOS Transition
- more option in camera

the result give me missing IMEI so I had to flash back to previous ROM. tried 2 times.
