Redmi 3 Pro Rom

I've bought a redmi 3 pro recently and I just I want to know if the dev or stable ROM is the same that the redmi 3 ROM ? For the bootloader unlock procedure.

The procedure for unlocking the bootloader has got nothing to do with the rom you flash on your phone afterwards. It's just that in order to flash the xiaomi.eu rom your bootloader must be unlocked. After unlocking it's up to you if you go with stable or dev.

You must have DEV rom when you start with BL unlock...
DL DEV rom from MIUI.com and then start with BL unlock procedure (first you have to apply for BL unlock approval).

GoranCRO dont say this, its not nessecary to have the dev rom, I did it with the stable china rom
