Redmi 3 Rebooting Problem

hi, i have a new REDMI 3 and have the problem that the phone always does reboots without doing something.
i have put the 7.1.3.0 xiaomi.eu rom on it; without unlocking it. iam waiting for the sms.
but i still have the problems with the reboots? what can i do? can i try the
xiaomi.eu_multi_virgo_V7.3.2.0.MXECNDD_v7-6.0.zip to solve the problem? do i have to unlock the phone for flashing this rom? or do you think the phone has a hardware-problem? Pleas help me.

I have also a Red3 (pro Version on my table)

I suggest you to use the actual dev. ROM from XIAOMI till you receive the unlocking.
After that you can switch to xiaomi.eu MULTI ROM

DON'T FLASH THIS ROM!!
xiaomi.eu_multi_virgo_V7.3.2.0.MXECNDD_v7-6.0.zip
It's not for the Red3! It's for the "MiNote"


This Version is actual the highest MULTI but you can't flash with locked bootloader:
xiaomi.eu_multi_ido_V7.3.1.0.LHPCNDD_v7-5.1.zip

Thanks for the infos. Where can i get the devRom from xiaomi... how do i have to flash it? over the miflash software?
