Redmi 4x Problem With Audio Receiver Call

hi all I have a problem on No. 2 redmi 4 with last Rom xiaomi.eu 8.4.19 ... I tried to change any type of rom..china, global, xiaomi.eu but the problem persists on both phones..from a few days the audio that I receive in the call is too low almost to hear nothing ... how is it possible ?? on two redmi4 ?? can someone help me?? thank you so much

My wife's RM 4X has the same problem, but she thinks it started after she dropped it. I hope it is a ROM issue.

I already opened the phone and couldn't find anything loose.

Let's hope it will be fixed in next ROM or else flashing an older version.
