Redmi 4x Stable Not Boot

How do I install EU stable properly? I tried to flash V8.2.16.0.MAMCNEA and V8.2.18.0.MAMCNEA but both went into a bootloop. I tried to flash the stable China rom first with fastboot and after the EU stable but nothing. What have I done wrong? :O

Forgot the mention but of course I did it. Waited a half an hour on boot screen bot nothing. BTW China stable also didn't boot from the TWRP install, only the fastboot version.

Seems like it's working with the 3.0.3 version TWRP but not with the official one.
