What phone do you have?

You're doing something wrong.

1. If we want to install the ROM "clean", with a complete wipe of the phone, we run the version windows_fastboot_first_install_with_data_format.bat

2. If we only want to update the system, install a ROM on an already existing, older version of Xiaomi.eu, run the windows_fastboot_update_rom.bat version
