Redmi note 11 pro (non 5G), call recording is not working

Hello, I just bought my dad the phone and I can't work the call recording option. every time the call start I press the recording but I get an error faild.
The phone OS is 13.0.5 (SGDMIXM)
Is there a fix to the record option or do I need to change the ROM?
