In forum, I've found no signal issue in (garnet) mobiles, Especially on hyper OS1.0.14 likes this version.

Also, I can see Miui version of xiaomi.eu_multi_GARNET_V14.0.15.0.TNRCNXM_v14-13.zip is available for this mobile.

Is there same no signal issue on the above mentioned version?

I don't understand your thinking.
MIUI is dead, no more updates. The successor is HyperOS.
If you install MIUI from xiaomi.eu you will also have to do a network repair.

All ROMs from xiaaomi.eu use Xiaomi dialer (call recording).
