The phone does not turn on at all when install eu rom 2.0.11. Amethyst global device. We install EU rom, the device does not turn on. It constantly reboots. Finally, it says Android could not be started and goes to the recovery screen. When I select wipe and reboot, it goes to the fastboot screen. It does not exit the fastboot screen again. Also, I cannot find the previous EU rom file 2.0.10 on your site. I want to reinstall 2.0.10, but I cannot find the file. I had to install the original global rom. I would be glad if you could help me.

Log can be recording during booting, if you enabled USB debugging previously. Otherwise, you can't.
eu-os.2.0.8 is currently installed on my phone. I could find that zip. 2.0.10 was deleted from your site. It was deleted on my computer too, I can't find it. Also, when I enable USB debugging and then run log cat, it takes txt information, but whenever I go to the fastboot screen to install eu-os 2.0.11, the log cat connection is canceled. When I install eu-os 2.0.11, it constantly reboots and Android cannot be started. log cat does not connect and cannot get the records.
