Redmi Note 2 Update

Hi I have new phone and any experience with him.
I want be sure to make everytking good, I don't want broke him.

I have
Remdi note 2
Android 5.0.2 LRX22B
Miui 7 by xiaomi .eu
5.10.16 (realese)

Can I install on it
xiaomi.eu_multi_hermes_V7.1.1.0.LHMCNCK_v7-5.0.zip
using TWRP method from this link http://xiaomi.eu/community/threads/6-1-7.29342/

On end I want to instal Super SU and delate all stuff like CCleaner, DU Speed buster
I don't use any applikaction and RAM usage is about 1Gb from avible 2Gb

Where Can I find
1.Xiaomi usb drivers
2.Adb drivers
3.TWRP recovery
4. super su zip file

Here is the thread if u wanna update ur Rom
First install TWRP than Root ur phone
After taking nand backup of ur phone with TWRP
U can install whatever Rom u like

OK I'm stuck on adb open in command prompt
I have win7 , I try click on adb with shift + Right mouse botton but i haven't option open in prompt command than I select adb and I click on free window field and I write in prompt window adb.exe then I press enter
but it looks little bit different than in picture in quide from link, it is correct ?
I have also Mi recovery 2.01 have I install twrp to system update and delete unnecessary application which need SU like DU Battery etc.?
