New Redmi Note 3 Pro Cdma Evdo Rev.b

Good day, guys !!
Subject:
RN3Pro 3/32 (Snap) vs CDMA mobile company (CDMA 2000 Rev.A/B)
Problem:
Works only Rev.A version ( on mobile company side Rev.B is ON)
Target: turn on Rev.B modem RN3Pro.
PS:
Xiaomi RedMi 1S has had same problem and that resolved this way:
press Phone icon->*#*#6484#*#*->Tools menu->on Red screen press menu button->again tools->modem->"Open/Close EVDO Rev.B"->Enable EVDO Rev.B->reboot! That all!
That was on MIUI5.
But in my case this not work (no such menus) , even on MIUI5 instead MIUi7.
Maybe somebody know how resolve this problem?
