New Redmi Note 3 With 6.4.14 Lost Root Permission

After flashing 6.4.14 into my redmi note 3 I've lost the root permission and it's impossible to run the TWRP for direct upgrade.
Is there any one know this problem and its solution?

I've downloaded the 6.4.14 from this site
