Redmi Note 4 China And Redmi Note 4 Mtk

I saw that there is a global Rom on the China Download side. Is there a difference between the Redmi Note 4 and Redmi Note 4 MTK??

As I know, the Redmi Note 4 is using an MTK CPU. Can I flash the Redmi Note 4 MTK Global on my Redmi Note 4 from China.
