Redmi Note 4 (global) Doesn't Connect On 4g Networks.

I've purchased a Redmi Note 4 because of Band20 for better coverage inside. I received my phone, but I am unable to connect to any 4G network. I select 4G in Settings / Networks, but it still falls back to 3G. It never connects to it, although when I do the networks search, I am able to select it, so the 4G radio works. I read somewhere that there seems to be a firmware issue ? Anyone seen this before and have an answer for me, please ?

Yes, the card has 4G. I fixed it by putting the sim in slot2, so now 4G does work. I can't use my sdcard anymore, but at least I got 4g

Let me guess? Vodafone sim-card? It's a known problem that seems to be ignored by XIAOMI. Multiple posts are to find about this on the official site, but it's not picked up by xiaomi

Yep, Vodafone. Still no solution for my lack of microSD now.
