Redmi note 4g and root why not?

Hi I have loaded the rom from http://xiaomi.eu/community/threads/5-1-16.26725/
but my device dont seem to be rooted
aren't those rom prerooted?
how I can have root?

1. Download the ROM and save it in internal memories, not in any folder or subfolder,
2. Rename it to "update.zip", all small letters,
3. Turn off the phone.
4. Press Power button and Volume up button at the same time, release when you get Mi logo on the screen
5. You will get orange color menu. Use volume down button to select English language, press power button to confirm,
6. You will go to next screen and select update.zip line to install new ROM.
