New [Redmi Note 5 Pro/WHYRED] Wifi and Hotspot no longer work together.

On 10.3.4 Stable Oreo, Wifi and Hotspot could be turned on at the same time. But the pie updates, neither 10.3.4 nor 10.3.5 have this feature anymore. They will no longer turn on together. If this worked in the past, why not now? This is quite a deal breaker.
