Why isn't video calls supported? Never go to the video call icon in Contacts
Is there a solution to this problem

True, I can confirm it doesn't work neither with Google Phone nor with MIUI. Does it need activation or something?

Why is this marked as invalid? What is the reason for not having video call capabilities? If someone has some information please share with the others.

AFAIK, from checking the code, Video call uses ViLTE (Video over LTE) and needs the device and operator to support VoLTE (Voice over LTE) to show up. However, VoLTE support is beyond our control.

I see, thank you the information once again you provide very useful knowledge. And I figured the Video call for Google Phone app is to be set up with Google Duo.
