Redmi note 8T still on miui 11 (11.0.10.0)

Hello

I've been waiting for a long time now for the miui 12 OTA update on my note 8t. My mother bought the same phone and got the update months ago.

I tried downloading different EU roms and do it manually in the update menu. But mostly got the error : "can't flash to this stable rom"

I'm a patient guy but i'm starting to think something might be wrong.

Anyone have some tips?
