Hi. It's late after your posts but : yes. Got the same trouble. RedMi Note 9 Pro bought last november (2020) tried many things like rbooting, stopping and removing chip and flash then replugginging and restarting, checked bluetooth is off, check volume parameters...
It was working fine and suddenly (no shock) I couldn't hear anysound when calling or called. hearing is fine when using speakers or free hands...
