Redmi Note 9 Pro - Super Slow unlock screen - new phone

Hi there.
I got a new Redmi Note 9 Pro from my birthday and apparently there is something wrong with the unlock screen option, either by the side button either by the two-touch screen option. It simply has a delays sometimes of 5 seconds to show the screen.7
It is very annoying and not pratical, waiting for a new phone to show the screen.
Only happens on the unlock screen button.

Anyone has also experienced this situation?

You are most probably using the stock Xiaomi firmware, this forum is for a custom ROM developed by the dev team of xiaomi.eu. Seek support in official Xiaomi community or switch to a custom ROM.
