I had same issue till i switched to official china ROM (maybe you can try that)
But using Xiaomi.eu roms are far better because they provide all the features in the china ROM without the bloatware

But we don't know if he installed Stable or Weekly ROM version. ^^

Screenshot looks like the India rom for poco x2. And that option is missing in the India rom (phoenixin)
Hence my conclusion that he is using stock ROM.
But it's good we get to know for sure

We don't have ROMs for POCO X2 (phoenixin). If you installed our ROM for Redmi K30 (phoenix), that is your own problem.
