New Freeform button missing and unable to set custom AOD image on Poco F4

As the title suggests, I'm facing two issues since updating from 14.0.4.0 to 14.0.5.0 and beyond on Poco F4

The first issue is: my freeform button is missing from the recents page. It was there on version 14.0.4.0.
The second issue is: I'm unable to select any custom image as my AOD. I go to Settings > Always on Display & Lock Screen > Always on Display > Custom Image, select a custom image via the AOSP's file picker and when it returns to the AOD page it's not there and I can't apply the theme.

I'm on 14.0.7.0 on Poco F4, I can confirm that at least the freeform issue is also happening on Poco F3 as my friend owns one with the EU ROM installed.

Those are two minor issues, but I hope they get patched.

Can confirm that both these issues still persists after updating to 14.0.9.0.

Another issue I'm facing, after updating to 14.0.9.0 is that I'm unable to add apps to my floating window sidebar. Already tried to clear the data of my security app but to no avail. Only my WhatsApp is shown.
