New Relaoding launcher

I have long time persisting problem with laucher reloading when exiting from various applications that are being used for longer time. I had several clean installs. Phone is sgs 3. I tried to use also google play miui launcher over the origonal launcher, but same problem. Any tip how to solve the issue?

Lock Weather BZ in memory and set it to Autorun. Or use another Weather widget

I dont have weathe bz or other weather app installed. Am I supposed to install it to solve this issue??

Try this:menu button/launcher settings/keep in memory turn on/chek.

Keep in memory doesnt help at all. I removed all widgets from screens (original miui google search and original miui clock) and problem seems to be solved. I will let you know which one of these caused the problem later.
