Remove Root - Mi 5s

I have the Xiaomi Mi 5s with Xiaomi.eu ROM with TWRP and SuperSU root.

I want to remove root because my banks app doesnt work fine with it (nfc and figerprint doent work if its rooted).

My question is how to do that, i see an option to do in the superSU app but…
I will lose my data and apps?
I have to do something previous?

You will not lose data...use the option in TWRP...very fast and simple...
