Remove Transparent Status Bar / Notification Shade

The ROM is really good, so great work Devs.

However one of the features "blurred/transparent" notification shade makes some notifications unreadable.

Is there any way to make it opaque?

Oops should add that this is for the last weekly dev rom.

An example. With stock theme:
Soundcloud has white writing in its notifications. It shows up OK but not great.
Any.do has black writing and it is not visible at all unless the background is white.
