[REQ] Installation guide for SGS2 GT-I9100

Hi,
I would like to install miui in my device, but im coming from version 4.1.2 (custom rom - not MIUI).
i want it to support RTL (hebrew writing and reading) and gapps (i saw there is two versions for the multilanguages: 4.1.2 and 4.2.2, which one is compatible?).
does any one have a guide from which i can learn how to do it?
is the guide from miui.com/en official site will work for me?

Thank you all for your views... but yet, i've managed to install it using the old fashion ROM install way
1. wiping all incl. reset to factory defaults
2. installing the rom from the CWM (install zip from internal flash)
3. reboot
4. install gapps-4.1.2
5. reboot and done

Love your ROM!!!!

One last thing, what is the service code (or technician code)? i want to manage the modem frequency (850Hz Lock).
