Restoring phone to stock from MIUI 13

I want to restore my EU Poco F3 to the stock 12.5 EEA firmware but I am unsure about how I do this
My device reports an ARB status of 1

Does this mean I would need to wait for MIUI Global/EEA to release MIUI 13 or is there another way I can go about this?

as far as I know, none of the xiaomi.eu ROMs contains ARB
