restrict the internet access to WiFi only

Could you help me please!
I am exploring my Mi2S and can not find a way to block the phone eating my mobile credits when i am out of wifi connection.
Is there any way to set up the Mi2S to completely disable all data access through the mobile network?
I want to restrict the internet access to WiFi only.

You have to go to settings, then mobile networks, and there you disable data enabled , and data roaming, and also always receive mms
