"Return to call" green bar instead of full-screen phone app

Hello,

I suffer from an odd problem for a couple of weeks. When my Mi5 receives a call, I see the green bar with the "Return to call" text in the notification area instead of the full-screen phone application with the caller photo and large buttons. The application pops up only when I click the narrow green bar.

Any ideas how to fix this? Very inconvenient...

I have 8.10.25, but the problem appeared with the previous ROM.

Hello,

I have found the cause of the issue. My phone had notifications disabled for the InCallUI application. I disabled the Call Recorded notifications and did not think this also affects the incoming call screen.
