New Ringtone rings only once

Just noticed recently that if any call comes, phone(ringtone) rings just only once but it continue to display that someone is calling. It does not repeat the ringtone again. I did not find any setting related to ringtone ring time settings. Also noticed sometimes display comes first if someone calls and after 3/4 seconds, it sounds.

Is this a bug? anyone noticed this?.

This issue seems to have gone in 2.9.7 ICS.

Note.: There are copies of Miui circulating the web. Only use official MIUI
