Rollback MIUI 12 --> MIUI 11

I have a Xiaomi Mi 9T Pro and had 20.3.27 for a few weeks now. Everything run smooth and perfect.

No i was stupid enough to try "MIUI 12 20.5.21". My phone crashes every few minutes (more persons have this problem) now. Is there any way to "rollback" to the old version without making a total wipe please? Has anybody informations about this please?

You need to wipe everything with internal storage for perfect rollback without any brick.
