Rollback protection and switching between China/Global/Xiaomi.eu ROMs

Hi guys, my first post here.

MI8 has rollback protection and installing an older MiUI version ends in bricking the phone.

I have just got MI8 running Global MiUI 10.0.3.0 oeamifh. Bootloader is unlocked.

Now I would like to install the latest Xiaomi.eu ROM. My understanding is that it is based on China MiUI and signed 10.0.11.0.OEACNFH.
How safe is switching between Global, China and Xiaomi.eu ROMs? I guess China 10.0.11.0 more recent than Global 10.0.3.0 and therefore safe?

I searched the forum, but I cannot find clear answer how rollback protection works between those different ROMs.

Thanks for reassurance, that is what I thought.
I know how to check arb in the phone using adb command.
How do I check ROM's arb? I need to unzip it and look for a content of a specific file? It would be nice to have arb value published in a ROM description.
