Bought from Giztop Redmi Note 4X, unlock bootloader by Xiaomi account, installed twrp 3.0.2.0 by adb fastboot, full wipe and installed our EU Dev 7.3.16 this morning (removing Global Stable 8.1) and it's all OK, you don't need to wait for a stable, dev is still right for daily use.. thanks to Xiaomi.EU staff!!

Sometimes I follow official en.miui.com site where there's the last 8.2.2.0 global stable on android 6.0
