Beta Global versions don't exist anymore since July, 1th 2019 (until Xiaomi change their mind one day or not...) so that's why there are no Weekly versions by xiaomi.eu for this device.

they do this with every phone i have( monet and andromeda) , i think switching to other brands, they focus on flagships and low end but not on midrange
