Rom Update Fail

Hello, i have a problem to update the xiaomi.eu rom, since my current version 8.1.9.0 stable, updated without problems in the past.
When i try to update with system updater, i get:
Zip file is corrupt
error installing zip file '@/cache/recovery/block.map

when i try from TWRP 3.1.1-0 i get:

Zip file is corrupt
error installing zip file '@sdcard/Download/XiaomiRomName.zip

I have downloaded several time the rom (checked md5 too), wiped cache, dalvik and Data (factory reset) and updated TRWP version without success.
Can anyone try to help me please? I' am not so skilled to solve this issue by myself.

Solution:
I have even formatted system partition and reinstalled my last working rom. I downloaded and installed every MI5 rom, from 8.1.9 to the latest. ONLY in this way i have no "ZIP file is corruct" while updating. Hope it can help other.
