Root And Update Mi4lte

I've got mi4LTE I bought in mainland china on which I'm trying to install your ROM but I can't get it to work.

My problems are:
Where should I put the zip file, my phone does not have a memory card.

I installed ROM manager but it does not support my model. What should I do?

How do I root my phone?

Install a developer rom:
Download the .zip file on the phone, go to Updater app and do select .zip update file.
