How Can I do the root ?

I told you, try installing it from Play Store, and if it is still not working, flash it again.

There is always a massage. Either OK or FAILURE. Do you mind to post a screenshot of TWRP directly after flashing SU? Also which version of TWRP is it?

And what about hybris22 suggestion? Already performed?

I would also suggest to post detailed and accurate informations, because "The zip from the forum super user 2.7" won't help you or us helping you.

Then you're doing something wrong, as I just rooted my mi5 on latest weekly and everything is ok.

Is not loading. And is not instaled. When i try install in last step the screen stay in twrp logo. Do not enter. And then i reboot and the twrp is not instaled
