Well, it doesn't for me. You see you didn't provide any information so it is doubtful that someone will be able to help - you haven't mentioned the phone model, the ROM version, anything. Did it show a message, paste the summary of the error...

if there are issues please send the logfiles, rom version phone model…

# connect phone with PC and USB
# create a textfile -> eg logfile.txt in adb folder on PC
# adb logcat > logfile.txt
# make actions on phone and wait for issue
# ctrl+c (to stop logfile recording)
# send the last eg 5 seconds
