New Screen Turns Black When Calling

I have a problem with my Note 4g LTE device. When i am calling the screen turns black and there is no way of turning it on again. I have to hard reset the device to end the call...

Anybody know how to fix it?

if you go to phone-options-incoming call setting there's an option called "proximity sensor" if you disable it it might be fix (it worked for me when i had that bug a few months back)

Try to put "Power button ends call" option on as workaround, then you can end call with power button.
