Security issue after 1.0.16.0 update

A bank app which worked so far on the earlier ROM releases is suddenly popping an error "Mobile does not meet minimum security requirements" on the new 1.0.16.0 update.

The app is the same version since the previous ROM
Developer options is off
Phone is not rooted

Please advise on a fix.

Hi, I've just upgraded my houji CN version to the latest hyperos 2.0, but the update for GPay doesn't run. It appears the message as in the attachment. It gives me the same problem if I run the old Xiaomi EU module. Any idea?

What's so complicated about it?
- launch the "Files" app
- find the file XiaomiEUModule_2024.11.27.apk
- click on the file to start the installation

I did all that. The weird thing is that it's happening with the latest rom and worked fine on the previous version.
