Settings App Crash

I have instaled a rom from miui eu and now i have a problem opening the settings app.
Can anyone please help?

I have the same problem. I flashed the latest EU ROM today, and the settings app crashed. The phone was already unlocked, but I tried it again anyway: the official unlocker app says the phone is already unlocked, nothing to do. Settings still crashes...
