Invalid Settings show up as "Loading" on 9.10.24 - Mi9

I have just updated my Mi 9 to 9.10.24 (via Dirty Flash) and there is a bug that I can't seem to understand why. The settings show up as "Loading" on my homescreen as well as when going into settings. See the picture below:

Android glitch.
Go to TWRP -> Advanced -> File Manager -> delete the "/data/system/package_cache" directory and reboot.
