Hi, recently sent phone off to get earpiece repaired while under warranty. They (repairer) said they have replaced the earpiece and all should be good.
To start with I initially had distortion issues once moving from ICS based MIUI to JB based MIUI. I thought the earpiece was faulty (hence the repair) but since changing back to stock ROM the issue goes away so I went back to latest MIUI Rom and I have distortion issues again. It's only intermittent.
Anyone have any thoughts aside from going back to stock ROM?
