[SGS2] MIUI 2.4.20 (maps in running apps)

Anyone else have maps running when they open the task manager? It's also persistent so closing it simply opens up again.

I do. And I NEVER USE IT.
Still, I don't disable it because I don't really know if it is running or a bug. And I also don't know how it'll affect the system If I disable it.
